Peter Long is a communications strategist with more than 15 years of experience working across a range of issues and audiences. A fourth-generation Wyoming native, Peter grew up ranching. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania he served in the White House across two administrations before transitioning into the private sector. As a senior director at one of Washington, DC’s leading public relations firms, he spearheaded national and grassroots campaigns for major corporations and associations, specializing in energy, telecommunications, and technology policy.

In 2017, Peter launched Longshot Strategies. He and his wife and their five-year-old son live in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
